We’re looking for a talented and motivated salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and a strong ability to develop and maintain successful business relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers
- Identify and develop new customers through targeted prospecting campaigns
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate communication solutions
- Present agency offers and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in defining and implementing the agency’s sales strategy
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest areas for improvement
- Ensure regular reporting of sales activities to management
Profile required:
- Degree in business, marketing or equivalent
- Master the jargon of print communications agencies
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a communications agency or in the media sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mastery of IT tools and CRM software
- Good knowledge of the communications market and current trends
- Driving license and mobility for frequent travel
